When it comes to your health, have you ever stopped to notice if you’re managing for optimal health or to just simply “not be sick”?

It’s no surprise that health somehow gets scooted lower on the priority list. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average American spends 8.8 hours (37%!) of their day working. If 7.7 hours are spent sleeping, that leaves 7.5 of waking life time left – that time can easily be monopolized by everything else: House chores, snacking, Netflix binge watching, more work we swore we wouldn’t do over the weekend, Facebook, Pinterest, Candy Crush…obviously, the list is endless.
