Is Chocolate Actually Healthy?

When you think of healthy food, chocolate probably doesn’t come to mind. And for good reason, too. Most of our chocolate is full of sugar and overly processed. The tragic thing is that the base ingredient (cacao) has significant health benefits which are usually significantly stripped away. Cacao can lower blood pressure, improve circulation, reduce the risk for diabetes and coronary heart disease, and give our brains a thinking boost!
